Carols round the Christmas Tree 7pm Friday 16th December

 

Carols round the tree will be followed by mulled wine and eats in the church, during which the hamper draw will take place. Please wrap up warm and bring a torch. Hamper draw tickets still available from Jeff Souch and Sally Meikle.  Funds will be used for the Meshaw Together Project.

Harvest Supper Saturday 15th October Oxham Hall

 

Tickets for the St John the Baptist Harvest Supper 2022 are now on sale, cost £10 adult/£5 child, available from Sally Meikle. It is expected that demand will be high so please book early. Bring your own drinks!

As a mark of respect following yesterday's sad news, the St John the Baptist Meshaw Parochial Church Council have cancelled the cream tea arranged for Sunday 11th September. All ticket monies will be returned.

 

There is a Book of Condolence in St John the Baptist Church so residents in and around Meshaw can express their feelings, thoughts and memories.

 

Cream Tea Sunday 11th September   

 

Tickets are now available for the cream tea on Sunday 11th September at Oxham Hall, starting at 3pm through to 5pm. Please come and support us by enjoying a cream tea and meeting up with neighbours and friends.

Stop Press! Pig Roast start time brought forward to 6pm

 

Given the shorter hours of daylight, the Meshaw Together Team have decided to bring forward the start of our Pig Roast evening to 6pm, with food available at 7pm.

 

So please come earlier to enjoy some of the games, sort out your seats, and start eating at 7 pm.

 

We look forward to seeing you there.

 

Bring your ticket for the special draw prize and money for the games and the raffle.

 

 

 

The Meshaw Pig Roast returns

 

The Meshaw Together team are holding a pig roast at Oxham Hall on Saturday 20th August starting at 7.00pm. Our roaster is Clive.

 

Remember those delicious pork baps last year and the puddings? Remember the games?

 

Come and meet up with your friends, neighbours, new and old, all in aid of our village hub project. Tickets are £10 each (adult) and £5 (child under 16), available from Jeff Souch and Sally Meikle.

 

Sally will be visiting you shortly with tickets for sale ......

 

There will be the usual games stalls during the evening followed by a raffle. All welcome by ticket only. Bring your own drinks.

 

Special prize draw - make sure you bring your numbered roast ticket with you.

 

Proceeds to the Meshaw Together Fund.

Celia has been making marmalade and jams for many years, and supplies Griffins Yards in South Molton.
